Returns/Shipping

If you receive an item that you feel is not as described in the listing, please contact us immediately so we can get a return label set up for you to return your item. ***For LTL freight items (large item) returns will be done on a case to case basis.*** If you need to return an item for a reason that does not reflect an error on our part, buyer pays return shipping, and your item refund will be less a 15% restocking fee. If returning an item that you have decided you no longer need or just dont want. Item must be returned in the condition it was sent. New items must be returned, unused, with no Fuel or Oil in them. Most returns are done on a case to case basis as we understand many situations can arise. If you have additional questions please call us prior to ordering, 1-855-893-2601.  

Refunds will be processed once item has been returned and inspected by a member of our staff. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to fully finalize depending on the situation.

 

*** When recieve items by LTL Frieght, Closely examine your item upon receipt.  IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT APPEARS TO BE DAMAGED, OR NOT THE ITEM YOU ORDERED, REFUSE THE ITEM WITH THE CARRIER, MAKING SURE THE CARRIER KNOWS YOU ARE REFUSING BECAUSE OF DAMAGE.  IF ITEM IS REFUSED BECAUSE OF DAMAGE BUYER MUST NOTATE THIS ON THE BOL FROM CARRIER AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
