If you receive an item that is not as described, we will refund that item within seven days. If you are returning an item for a reason that does not reflect an error on our part, your refund will be less a 15% restocking fee. If you decide you do not want to keep the item, you must return the item to us, unused, before obtaining a refund. Due to the complexity of the items we sale and the issues that could be encountered, return processes will generally be processed on a per-situation basis. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees and any additional fees associated with returns.
Closely examine your item upon receipt. IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT APPEARS TO BE DAMAGED, REFUSE THE ITEM WITH THE CARRIER, MAKING SURE THE CARRIER KNOWS YOU ARE REFUSING BECAUSE OF DAMAGE.
